EEMMACULATE Caviar is a luxury purveyor of fine caviar and curated lifestyle goods. All products are intended for personal consumption and gifting, not for resale, unless expressly authorized in writing.

All caviar and perishable goods are subject to availability and may vary in appearance due to the natural characteristics of the product.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the selected payment method.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout.

EEMMACULATE Caviar ships perishable products using temperature-controlled packaging to preserve freshness and quality.

• Shipping Schedule: Orders are typically processed Monday through Thursday to prevent weekend delays.
   
• Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, EEMMACULATE is not responsible for loss, theft, or spoilage due to delayed retrieval.
   
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are correct; we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
   

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all caviar sales are final and non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@eemmaculatecaviar.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will review your claim on a case-by-case basis.

Non-perishable items (such as accessories or lifestyle goods) may be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this Site, including text, product names, logos, trademarks, designs, photographs, and graphics, is the property of EEMMACULATE Caviar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without prior written consent.

If you participate in collaborations, content creation, or brand partnerships with EEMMACULATE Caviar (e.g., posting reviews, social media content, or marketing videos), you grant EEMMACULATE Caviar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide license to use, repost, and distribute such content across its marketing platforms.

Participants in EEMMACULATE Caviar sample or influencer programs agree to fulfill the requirements set forth in any written or digital agreement, such as content deliverables, posting deadlines, and proper tagging.

Failure to meet agreed obligations may result in charges equivalent to the retail sample value or other remedies as specified in your individual agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEMMACULATE Caviar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products or Site.

All products are consumed at your own risk. Please check for allergies or dietary restrictions before use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EEMMACULATE Caviar, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or demand (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party arising from your use of the Site, products, or violation of these Terms.
